This fundraising is for my colleague/friend Mariappan, native of Karadikulam near Kazhughumalai, who met with an accident on 5th of January and battling against the odds to regain his self. He sustained severe head injury and is being constantly observed in NICU with his family beside him eagerly waiting for him to utter a word for the past 25 days. Tears are the only reply for his kids who look forward to him.

Being from a very poor background, his family members earning their bread on daily wages is unable to meet his medical expenses which amounts to an average of around Rs.30000/day. The doctors have promised recovery in the coming days. We earnestly request everyone to help us in this noble cause of resurrecting the bread winner of a economically downtrodden family.
