Over 120 million women in India are illiterate, and many more lack the skills required to enter the workforce.A large number of women are economically dependent on their families, with limited opportunities to earn a stable income.
Hamari Pahchan NGO’s initiative called the “SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME” is an Initiative for Underprivileged Women, aimed at empowering women through education, vocational training, and career development. Your support can help create lasting change in the lives of women who need it the most.Our workshops provide women with practical skills in fields such as tailoring,handicrafts, and small-scale entrepreneurship.Our programme aims Social Change: Educated, skilled women become catalysts for social change, challenging traditional gender norms and creating positive ripples within their families and communities.
After the women are finished with their training, we also provide them with certificates that may aid in their job search and assist them in finding lucrative employment opportunities.
Cost of Skill Development (workshops) for 1 woman = Rs.999/- for a month.
