I am Manoj Samanta from Hooghly , West Bengal, i am diagnosed in Manipal Hospital , Bangalore  with below disease and currently under medication. As per the surgery/treatment cost it will need 5.00 Lakhs rupees , as i belong to lower middle class family i am only able to gather 2 Lakhs. Please help to raise fund for my surgery.
