Patient Manjula is a mother of two daughters. She works as house maid from last 20+ years. She developed Squamous metaplasia of cervix and had severe bleeding for months. Her hemoglobin has dropped till 3.8 and blood transfusion was done before they did Hysterectomy.  She is now in hospital and had to pay one lakh+ for the operation and other charges.
Her elder daughter is working on a contract basis and earns very minimum.  Manjula couldn't work for few months as she is suffered from the above ailment.
They don't have a proper support from their families as well as Majula's husband is a drunkard and he is just a trouble for them
