My name is Dipika Shah and I am here to raise funds for my son Maitik who is 10 years old. Maitik lives in Valsad, Gujarat with his parents. Maitik is studying at Shree Swaminarayan English Medium School.

Maitik is suffering from Hypospadias from birth. He is receiving Medication and Maitik had undergone 6 Surgeries at Bethany Hospital but not yet admitted.
