Hello, My name is Mahesh Sharma, I live in Jaipur with my Parents, spouse and one of my Son. Lately I was blessed with a Son and unfortunately he was diagnosed with a very uncommon disease, "Transposed Main Arteries", he is undergoing treatment at Fortis Escort Hospital, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

My Son being 06 days old has undergone one minor heart surgery on 03rd of August and Doctors have suggested one more major heart surgery within 08 days to correct the transposed arteries.
