It is with a heavy heart that we share the tragic news of the untimely demise of Mahavir Jain who passed away on 21st May at the age of 41. His untimely demise was a result of a COVID infection that progressively worsened over the course of a month while being hospitalized at the Apolo Hospital in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Mahavir is survived by his wife Arti and son (aged 10 years) and Daughter (aged 6yrs). Arti is a homemaker and both child are very young.
About Mahavir
Mahavir was a genuinely caring, extremely friendly and warm-hearted person who routinely placed the needs of others ahead of his own. He was an optimist with an uncanny ability to spot the best in people. Those who have interacted with him have no doubt felt enthused and energized to face whatever challenge lay ahead. The passion and child-like curiosity that he innately possessed combined with his self-initiative and attention to detail will be most missed.
Mahavir was the sole earner for his family, and leaves behind his wife Arti and two child. As Arti is a homemaker and the family doesn't have a steady and assured source of income to secure children's educational needs and upbringing expenses. We are looking to support Arti by finding her a job during these difficult times. We also want to secure a good foundation for children's education.
I am posting this to help raise funds to support their family expenses including the medical cost they incurred while Mahavir was in the hospital, his current liabilities and to reserve some funds for the child's education while giving his wife some time to gather the strength to build on needed skills to join the workforce to sustain ongoing expenses.
Request you all to support Mahavir's family via this fundraiser. We are so very grateful for every donation that comes along during this difficult time.
It would mean a lot if you could share this fundraiser with others who knew him. Your support and kindness to his family is greatly appreciated.
On behalf of Mahavir's family, our sincere gratitude to all of you for your support and generosity.
