I am posting this on behalf of my brother in law. He is suffering from head and neck cancer. He had undergone radiotherapy and chemotherapy earlier for which the entire savings is already spent. Now the problem is again shown up and he have to undergo same treatment as earlier. He has no savings left and the situation is getting worst.
