Pharm Foundation is a charitable trust founded by transgender social worker M Nila. We have been working with the trans community in Chennai to help them through several livelihood generating initiatives since the past years.
Today, India is again hit by the most disastrous wave of Covid-19 and the community's lives are going to be affected by it again due to lockdowns, health care system collapsing and loss of livelihoods. We hope to give dry rations to about 1000 community members living in the regions of Chengalpattu and Kanchipuram. This will be carried out through our very own transgender community volunteers themselves.
