Dear Friends, Well-Wishers, and Compassionate Supporters,
I am writing this appeal with a heart burdened by fear, yet sustained by hope.
My 32-year-old daughter, Mayuri is a teacher at a private school. She loves teaching and nurturing young children as they begin their educational journey. Her students know her as a caring and dedicated teacher who is passionate about helping them learn and grow. Today, she is courageously fighting a severe and life-threatening battle against advanced cancer. Until recently, she was living a normal life, dedicated to her students and filled with hopes and dreams for the future.
Doctors at AIIMS advised recently to undergo, in addition to Chemo Therapy, Immunotherapy too and estimated an additional cost of around Rs25,00,000.00 for the overall treatment. We are seeking to raise in total ₹40,00,000 to help Mayuri continue her fight against cancer. The funds will be used for diagnostic investigations, treatment, medically advised equipment, food and medicines, hospitalization, travel, and ongoing medical care.
Today, her life has been turned upside down.
What began as a health problem has now become a relentless struggle for survival. The disease has spread over several parts of her body, causing immense suffering and a rapid decline in her health.
Every day is a challenge.
Mayuri experienced persistent dry coughs so severe that they often lead to vomiting. She suffers from chest pain, abdominal pain, weakness, weight loss, and increasing physical exhaustion. Watching my daughter endure such pain is the greatest heartbreak a parent can experience.
She has received treatment and medical care at KIMS Hospital, Bhubaneswar and HIIMS Hospital, Meerut. Now she is under treatment and therapy supervision of Head of Medical Oncology at AIIMS, Bhubaneshwar since a month. In our desperate effort to save her life, our family has already spent around ₹5,00,000 on medical investigations, consultations, medicines, hospitalization, therapies, travel and other health and care related expenses.

Unfortunately, the journey is far from over.
Doctors have advised further diagnostic investigations and continued treatment. Second part of Biopsy ( IHCC) revealed that the source of infection is Bile duct. Colonoscopy test is over and it has no infection in the colone. We are expecting additional medical expenses of at least ₹25, 00,000 as doctors say to apply Immunotherapy too along with chemo therapy.
I am a social activist who has spent years raising my voice for justice and supporting people in need. Today, however, I find myself in the painful position of seeking help for my daughter.
As a father, I cannot give up. I cannot stand by helplessly while my daughter fights for her life. Therefore, I humbly appeal to every kind-hearted person reading this message to support us in whatever way possible.
