Elizabeth Tinneining a Master's in Social Work with a specialization in Community Organisation and Development Practices (CODP) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Guwahati campus is currently undergoing financial strains regarding a healthcare situation within the family.

Her father sustained injuries to his spine and chest due to an unfortunate accident. He went through a 12-hour long surgery in Imphal, Manipur, in a hospital called Little Clinic and is restricted to his bed now. He was working and he got hit by bamboo which was supposed to fall on some particular position and as it also falls on him and he broke his spinal cord and left chest which leads to the hole inside his lungs.

Therefore in the operation, his ribs were cut off and his spine was replaced artificially with titanium.
Elizabeth is currently in between jobs and her father was the sole earner of the family up till now and that has made it really difficult to pay the hospital expenses.

A sum of 5lakh is estimated as the complete cost of care with added Covid charges. Running out of options we are reaching out to garner financial help in any small amount and way we can. A little help can make her save her already distressed and fighting father feel a little better if things are taken care of financially. Every penny counts.
