I live in Ladpura Village, Uttar Pradesh, where the sun shines bright, and every day is an adventure. Each morning, I put on my tiny shoes and head to my special place, the Anganwadi center, where kids like me go to learn and have fun.
At my Anganwadi, we have Ritika didi from LECIN, an NGO that helps kids like me. With Ritika didi, we do all sorts of exciting things. We play, draw, and read books that take us to magical places where we can be anything we want.
But you know what?

Not all Anganwadis are like mine. Some don't have the fun things we do. Some don't even have proper buildings or safe places to play. Some kids don't have teachers like me who play, read, and teach us. I wish every child could have an Anganwadi like mine. I am lucky to have got all these learning opportunities and exposure due to an NGO that works with my Anganwadi - LECIN
Now, you might be wondering, what is LECIN?
LECIN stands for "Let's Educate Children In Need," and it's a group of amazing people who help little kids like me get a good start in life by supporting our early education. LECIN was started by Nupur didi, Ankush bhaiya, and Rohit bhaiya when they were in college in 2015.

Recently, they teamed up with the UP Government's ICDS Department to help Anganwadis like mine in three important ways:
a) They help our Anganwadi teachers become even better so they can play, read, and teach us in a fun way.
b) They get our parents involved in our learning, so we have a great learning environment at home too.
c) My favorite part is when they make our Anganwadis vibrant and colourful by renovating it.
