    This fundraiser will benefit

    Lalita Anand

    from Kolkata, West Bengal

My name is Akshay Anand, the only son of Mrs. Lalita Anand (from Kolkata, West Bengal). I am 20 years old, studying as well as simultaneously working to support my ageing parents. I am the only earning member taking care of all the household expenses.

Circumstances have brought me to a point where I am unable to continue any longer without the strength and support of my loved ones.

My world turned upside down on 1st December 2021, when my mother was admitted to Lifeline Nursing Hospital because of fluid build-up in her lungs which made breathing difficult. On running further tests, we discovered that her kidneys had failed and an infection had spread to other parts of her body.

She suffered two cardiac arrests and the doctors announced that the survival rate was below 1%. She is critically ill and battling for survival in the ICCU ward of Lifeline Hospital in Kolkata.

The expenses for her treatment have exhausted my limited Savings and at this point, your contribution will help me to continue further treatment and critical care for my mother which is absolutely essential.

The next 14 days are crucial in deciding the outcome of my mother's medical condition. I need to raise approximately 8 Lakh rupees for the urgent medical treatment that my mother needs to survive.

In this time of need, I urge you to come forward to help me to give my mother a chance to live. Any contribution, big or small, will be of great help. I would be immensely grateful if you could share this fundraiser link with your friends and family as every rupee counts.

Thank you for helping me during this difficult time. Words cannot express what this means to me. Above all, I do believe that miracles still work. Help me in making that miracle a reality. 🙏

Thanking you,
Akshay.
