Hi Lal Singh here recently met with horrible experience regards to my right hand humerus shift fracture and hips was broken. I am the only working member in my family. I got with the accident. For one week with broken bone in my body. I have visited 4 hospital each have different stories. But no one ready to admit me without advance payment that's was around 1.5 to 2.0 lakh. I have manage to coup with the pain till 1 week then I have admitted to one hospital lotus with charity amount that run by local people in my area. My experience brought me resign from my job and proceed my career to help other people. My main priority to help people who suddenly undergone trauma, accident and doesn't enough fund to educate his/her child. My previous life experience motivated me to help underprivileged people. At this stage without people help it won't be possible as am mention earlier am not so wealthy but wanted to do something that satisfy my soul. I wanted to help the people guys. Also I wanted raise the voice against the doctor and medical condition of our country India and why not the government running hospital were people can trust. In government hospitals doctor behaviors are casual you even don't know that you going in, you will come out or not. This changes we can do guys we can improve our government hospital as well by getting sufficient help. Not only in source of money but also we require human being that's stand front of authority not in social media platforms only. doctor also a human being why they are not helping us like we do without knowing each other. I long vision guys, I need your support someone has to stand guys. If all things goes right. I will promise you one day we will raised the voice for free education and health at raisins Hill New Delhi.
After, pretty long discussion with our area Mayor we have come to conclusions that this projects will cost us approximately 10 lakhs budget yearly for helping 3 public sector hospital. We going to approach and aims to empower the public hospitals. By providing necessary funds to operate any operation like private sector standard. The private sector is a much more independent sector compared to a highly regulated government sector. If you search for similar success stories in the public sector, organisations like ISRO provides an excellent case study of how a public sector enterprise should be run.“ISRO attracts good talent at the very junior level and has also built a career pathway for them. Moreover, due to autonomy is given to its various Research and Engineering groups, they have produced several achievements for the country. AIIMS also has a certain degree of autonomy; therefore it does well. Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Science and Technology is another example. Sree Chitra started as an autonomous institution focusing on Clinical Excellence in neuro and cardiac and also the bioengineering unit, thanks to the vision of the founding director, Dr.M S Valiathan. To sum it up, if you want to attract doctors, you need to create an ecosystem by building world-class infrastructure, have proper medical equipment, focused on sub-specialisation, promote academic activity and also incentivise doctors.
In intitial stage we are focus on 3 public hospitals and municipal schools. We going to deal in major medical problem example cancer, brain stroke, accidental fracture, heart transplant etc in initiale stage that require good care. Whenever the case came to hospital. Hospital team will let us know and after we will take care after that.
Our mission to meet public sector schools and hospitals quality standard like private sector.
We will spend the fund on better care of patients and avoiding negligence by doctor

As we research about only 10% from 10 lakh doctor are working in government hospital. Once we accomplish our aim, we would encourage student to register in public sector hospital by taking care about there's need and better education.
Now total estimate cost 10 lakhs for 3 hospital.
