My name is Shubham Sunil Kadam and I am here to fundraise for my mother, Kushavati.
My mother is suffering from blood cancer and we are exhausted all our funds for her treatment.We need funding for her treatment. Could you please help me in raising the funds and help her recover from this deadly disease.
Kushavati is 44 years old and is residing in Mumbai City, Maharashtra. Kushavati has been diagnosed with Mixed phenotype acute Leukemia. And she is currently on intensive Chemotherapy + Supportive care.(PFA undertreatment certificate). Which will cost her around Rs.1,000,000.00.(PFA cost certificate).
She is under treatment since 22/07/2019 at Tata Memorial Centre, Advanced Centre for Treatment Research and Education in Cancer, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. And getting treatment under Dr. Navin Khattry, Dr. Sachin Punatar, Dr. Anant Gokarn and Dr. Gurvinder.
