About an year ago, after 4 years from his first successful kidney transplant, Koaushik started feeling severe pain in his right lungs which then found to be pulmonary infection, after which we had a complete check up, we were shocked to know that was a part of a larger issue and his kidney functions started failing again.

We are from a humble background, and after affording the entire cost (around 4 lakhs) for the first transplant in 2014, which was done in KMCH hospital in Coimbatore we are in a tight spot financially. Currently we are now at the mercy of government funds, friends contribution and trying to get resource in the past 12 months but in vain. Over the past 12 months due to financial constraints, we decided to push the transplant, and my brother is undergoing painful dialysis thrice every week.
It brings in a lot of pain to me being his brother and seeing him grow up as one of the best sportsperson in years to crumble in pain during dialysis. We have shifted hospitals which are affordable to us and still in need of around 7 lakhs to continue treatment and get second transplant done.
I would request you all to help us during this terrible hour of need.
