Every one of us knows at least a few among our friends and family who have been affected by Covid-19. The shortage of oxygen/ventilator/hospital beds has put a huge number of lives at risk, especially for the underserved individuals of our society who are unable to afford it at exorbitant rates and numerous lives have been lost due to the unavailability of oxygen on a timely basis.
Ken Foundation Society is working relentlessly to address the most glaring needs of vulnerable communities posed by the Covid-19 situation and has been responded with food, personal protective equipment (PPE), sanitation kits to frontline warriors and helped the most Marginalised & Vulnerable communities and Ken Foundation Society has come forward to help the poor and unaffordable patients during this pandemic. Support our initiative to procure oxygen concentrators, to start the “OXYGEN BANK” with 100 Machines and 30 in the first phase to help poor patients breathe, and overcome the oxygen scarcity in various parts of Andhra Pradesh (North Andhra).
What are oxygen concentrators?
These Oxygen Concentrators are alternatives to oxygen Cylinders, Compressors recycle Oxygen from the air and deliver to patient so it is not finite like an oxygen cylinder.
Not every Covid patient need cylinders, mild patients can be survived with Oxygen concentrators where only affordable and middle class people are able to procure them, but poor and underprivileged have Zero access and they are losing their dear ones.
What are we going to do?
We are appealing for donations of “Oxygen Concentrator” machines for Andhra Pradesh (North Andhra) and support our mission to help the poor and unaffordable patients during this pandemic by setting up OXYGEN BANK to help them breathe. No amount is too small and will be an immense help to save at least one life. Even sharing this story among your friends and family on social media will be an immense help.
The more support we can put into circulation, the more lives we can save. There are so many in need of breath, so please help us hit our initial target of 30 concentrators as soon as possible so we can start helping on a rotational basis for the poor and underprivileged people.
