My Husband Mr. Karthik Kumar (34 years old) met with a life-threatening accident on the evening of March 31, 2026, near Paduvampalli. He suffered a severe skid and fall from his two-wheeler, which changed his life in an instant.

After the accident, Karthik lost consciousness and had bleeding from his ear — a sign of serious head injury. He was initially rushed to a nearby hospital, but as his condition worsened, he was shifted to a higher emergency care center.

His condition was critical with multiple life-threatening injuries;

• Brain hemorrhages (EDH, SDH, and SAH)
• Multiple skull and facial fractures
• Rib fractures with internal bleeding (hemothorax)
• Right clavicle fracture
• Severe left knee soft tissue injury

As his brain bleeding worsened, doctors performed an emergency craniotomy (brain surgery) to remove the clot and reduce pressure on his brain. He also underwent wound surgery for his knee and later a procedure to fix his clavicle fracture.
While he is fighting bravely, the road to recovery is long and uncertain.

Karthik’s treatment involves: Multiple surgeries, ICU stay, Ventilator and respiratory support ,Continuous monitoring and medications. The cost of treatment is extremely high and continues to rise every day. His family is doing everything they can, but the financial burden is overwhelming.
