Pulwama attack is not the first attack on India’s armed forces and it will certainly not be the last given the situation in Kashmir. Every time an attack on Indian forces happens, all of us vent our emotions online. Let’s not just talk and write emotional messages on social media. That DOES NOT help anyone. Families of soldiers who have lost their members need help in every way possible. Your emotional messages on Facebook or Twitter do not help those families pay their bills just to live. I am trying to raise funds for Indian armed forces and their families in need. If I get help from general population in this campaign, I will then open a full time charity for our armed forces. The idea is to create a PERMANENT charity for our forces so we stand ready whenever an eventuality occurs in future. Such permanent charities are very prevalent in countries such as UK and USA. The fund will be used to provide financial help to serving military/paramilitary personnel and veterans and their families in need. Let’s see how much people can really do for their forces other than just writing online. Stand up and do something!
