My mother, Kalawati Devi, 58 years, is in extremely critical condition and has been battling with stage IV Brain / Lung cancer. She has been undergoing treatment at Artemis Hospital, Gurgaon since March 2021 (9 months).
I, sole bread earner, am currently employed with Fidelity Information Services, Gurgaon and has exhausted all my savings and medical insurance during this extremely difficult period. With the depleted financial condition, I find myself financially helpless to support my mother’s fight against this rare brain and lung cancer.

Last year, March 2021, my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer of which the treatment was taken at Artemis Hospital, Gurgaon. Chemotherapy and breast removal surgery were successfully done during March 2021 to September 2021. However, this happiness was short lived. Soon after the surgery, my mother reoccurred at same place(breast) and further detected that cancer speeded across brain and lungs. She has detected as triple negative and multiple dots are identified into the brain.

Moreover, my mother biopsy results are not favourable as its Triple-negative (ER-positive, PR-positive, and HER2-positive) breast cancer. Triple-negative breast cancers grow and spread faster than most other types of breast cancer because the cancer cells don’t have hormone receptors, hormone therapy is not helpful in treating these cancers. These cancers can be treated with hormone drugs as well as drugs that target HER2 along with Immunotherapy. Such drugs are very expensive and only hope for my mother. The team of doctors at Artemis Hospital, has estimated additional cost of INR 33.68 lakhs for treatment. The supporting documents have been attached here for reference.

While treatment, I have exhausted all my savings and my parental medical insurance. I am facing financial shortfall and need funds to continue my mother's treatment as I am unable to afford further medical expenses.
