I am so very grateful to all of you for standing by me and helping me and my mother fight against this dreaded disease.
Post the first PETSCAN and review after 4 cycles of Chemotherapy, there has been a progressive decrease in the growths.
The course of treatment has been changed and surgery has been ruled out for the moment. There would be 6-8 more cycles of Chemotherapy, with a reduction in the number of medicines and another review after 4 cycles.
It would now be a targeted medicine dosage. Though the cost of Chemos will increase a bit but the results would be inshaAllah better and targetted towards reduction in growths.
We are happy and stronger after this review. All your prayers and support have helped us reach here. however, we still have a long way to go, and forsee an expense of another 25lac, in addition to the 12 already generated. Do continue with your prayers and support as the battle is long and fight is harder.
