Help Mrs. K. Pavani Fight for Her Life Again
Hello, I’m Sai Srinivas, and I am reaching out with a desperate plea to save my mother, Mrs. K. Pavani.
She’s been fighting for her life for months — battling a severe autoimmune disorder and life-threatening infections. We raised over ₹40 lakhs earlier with your incredible support, which helped us cover her first round of ICU treatments, surgeries, and rehabilitation.
But now… we’re back where we feared most. And we have nothing left.
🕊️ The Story of K. Pavani – A Mother Who Never Gave Up 🕊️
This is the story of Mrs. K. Pavani, a strong, kind-hearted woman who spent her entire life giving to others, even when life never gave her anything easily.
Pavani garu has never truly known rest. From a very young age, she was always on her feet working hard, helping neighbours, supporting relatives, and doing everything she could for her children. Even in the toughest of times, she stood tall with grace, dignity, and determination.
Her marriage, sadly, was not the support system she deserved. She lived through years of domestic violence and emotional pain, married to a man who struggled with alcoholism. But despite it all, she never gave up.
She refused to let her children grow up without education or love. With sheer willpower and hard work, she raised them independently. She stitched clothes for a living, ran a small ladies' emporium store, and made sure her children never lacked the basics. She became a mother, a father, and a fighter all in one.
Even after all the hardship, her only dream was a simple one to build a small home of her own, a peaceful corner for her and her children. She began constructing it slowly, one brick at a time, using every little rupee she saved.
But life struck a cruel blow when her health suddenly deteriorated during the construction of her dream house. She collapsed due to Severe Multiple Connective Tissue Disorder, Hematoma on Both Thighs, Urosepsis with septic shock, B/L Plural Effusion ( Respiratory Issues )and has been in and out of the ICU since. She recently had to be intubated again and now faces more critical surgeries along with months of intensive care and support.
Today, she lies in a hospital bed, still fighting like she always has.

Today, she lies in a hospital bed, still fighting like she always has.
She was diagnosed with:
- Severe Multiple Connective Tissue Disorder
- Septic shock, urosepsis (fungal & bacterial)
- Bilateral pleural effusion
- Bilateral thigh hematomas (requiring debridement)
- Persistent hypoglycemia and multi-organ stress
Due to a complete lack of funds, on 30th July, we had no choice but to move her to Pure Ortho Hospitals, Sainikpuri, Hyderabad a more affordable facility. However, the medical needs remain the same and just as critical.
- ICU care with intubation/NIV mask
- Constant blood tests, culture reports, VAC therapy
- 24x7 monitoring and nursing
- A few major surgeries once she stabilizes
- Several months of rehabilitation and oxygen/NIV support
💸 Why We Need Your Help
We have nothing left — no savings, no insurance, no assets, and loans are maxed out. We’ve already spent ₹40+ lakhs and exhausted previous fundraisers.
But she’s not done fighting — and neither are we.
To continue her ICU care and future treatment, we need to raise another ₹40,00,000. Every single day we delay adds more risk.
Even ₹100, ₹500, or ₹1000 matters.

My mother built a life for us when no one stood by her. Please help me give her the second chance she deserves. She’s still conscious, still fighting, and we haven’t given up hope.
