Covid 19 has badly affected the tea vendors , not being able to meet their daily expenses as the consumption of tea from tea vendors has drastically reduced due to lockdown.
Ganesh uncle who never missed his everyday visit to JNC campus since 2006 used to sell over 30 liters of tea and coffee . But now he has almost reached zero business. During the initial days of pandemic his wife and wife's mother were hospitalised because of liver problem . He had to take them to private hospital because government hospitals did not take them due to ongoing pandemic. Because of contributions made by the people helped him to afford the hospital expenses .
But now he is struggling to enroll his children in class 1 and 3 - in school. Due to which his children had to take a break this year.
Few people had taken tea on credit and went unpaid.
So here is a request from our side
