My sister, Jemima, bravely fought through a 12-hour brain surgery to remove a 5.6 cm acoustic neuroma (brain tumor) but the tumor is resurfacing, growing at an alarming rate, and is again pressing on her brainstem, threatening her life and mobility. She urgently needs another life-saving surgery, and we have already spent INR 32 Lakhs ($38,500) and counting.
Time is running out. Your support can help cover:
✅ Emergency surgery to remove the growing tumor
✅ ICU care & post-op recovery
✅ Rehabilitation for speech & movement

I am reaching out with a plea for help for my beloved sister, a dedicated teacher who has touched the lives of many with her kindness, wisdom, and passion for education. She has been successful in her career, impacting countless students, and now she finds herself battling a severe medical condition that has drastically changed her life.
My sister was diagnosed with a large acoustic neuroma, a tumor pressing against her brainstem, causing severe symptoms like impaired speech, difficulty walking, and hydrocephalus (a condition where excess fluid builds up in the brain).
After a long and challenging 12-hour surgery, the medical team removed most of the tumor, but the journey toward recovery is far from over.
Recently, she faced a sudden, critical complication — severe brainstem edema, leading to unconsciousness and a life-threatening situation. The doctors had to perform an emergency decompressive craniotomy to relieve pressure on her brain. It was a traumatic experience for our family, but by the hands of skilled surgeons and a determined medical team, she pulled through.
Though my sister is now awake and responsive, the road to recovery is long and difficult. She remains in the ICU, reliant on ventilator support and under constant medical supervision. She is showing signs of progress, moving her hands and legs, and even responding to simple commands, but she still needs extensive rehabilitation and ongoing care.
Our family has already paid INR 12 lakh to cover her surgeries and medical treatments thus far, but now we are facing an overwhelming financial burden that we can no longer handle alone. We humbly ask for your support to help us ensure she gets the best care and the chance for a full recovery. Your generous contribution will help cover:
- Intensive post-surgical ICU care
- Life-saving medications and treatments
- Rehabilitation and therapy to restore her mobility and speech
- Future surgeries, if required, and ongoing medical expenses
We are forever grateful for your support, prayers, and positive thoughts during this challenging time. With your help, we can provide my sister with the care she needs to heal and return to her vibrant, loving self.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
