My name is Srinivas Moorthy and I am here to raise funds for my daughter Jayshree who is 15 years old. Jayshree lives in Chamarajanagar, Karnataka with her parents. Jayshree is studying at Public High School.

Jayshree is suffering from cerebral palsy from birth. She is receiving medication in Jss Hospital (Jagadguru Sri Shivarathreeshwara Hospital) but not yet admitted.
