I am Koushik Ghosh Choudhury from Jamshedpur raising funds for my closed family friend Mr. Jawahar Lal Adharjee , who is 55 Years old . Mr Jawahar Lal Adharjee lives in Jamshedpur , Jharhand(India) with his family .

He is Suffering from Covid-19 and  severe lung infection . he is admitted in Tata Motors Hospital , Jamshedpur . ( Patient Admission No. SU20N07979)

On  September 15th he has been admitted in the ICU due to difficulty in breathing .

Now from 15th September  he is in ICU with ventilator support, which incurs hospital charges along with Medicine  Rs.2,48,000 /- till date .

As per Hospital Authorities order  Until now, (They')ve  deposited about Rs. 1,35,000/- and these amounts are  arranged  from  family friend .
