    This fundraiser will benefit

    Jaideep Kumar

    from Bengaluru, Karnataka

Jaideep Kumar (28), a graduate of IIT Roorkee (Class of 2021, Geological Technology), is currently battling a severe case of pancreatitis and is undergoing treatment at Apollo Hospital, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore.
What began as a sudden health issue quickly escalated into a critical condition requiring urgent hospitalization and continuous medical care. Jaideep has been facing multiple complications during his treatment and has required ICU care at different stages. He remains under close medical supervision.
As of 11th April, the hospital bills have already crossed ₹44,00,000, with a significant portion still unpaid. The family has insurance coverage of ₹5 lakhs, which is insufficient given the scale of treatment and ongoing expenses. With treatment ongoing and costs continuing to rise, there is an urgent need to arrange funds to ensure that Jaideep’s care continues without interruption. The total expected cost is estimated to reach ₹60–70 lakhs depending on his recovery and further medical needs.
Jaideep is known among his friends and peers as a kind, sincere, and grounded individual who has always been there for others. Today, he and his family are facing an overwhelming financial burden and need support during this difficult time.

We are raising funds to cover:
• Ongoing hospitalization and ICU care
• Medicines, investigations, and procedures
• Post-hospital recovery and follow-up treatment

Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference in helping Jaideep recover. If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser with your network.

Thank you for your support.
