I hope this message finds you well. 

My name is Jagrati Mishra, a 28-year-old woman who finds herself in a situation where I must humbly ask for your help.

Due to a severe condition affecting my hip and femur, I underwent a hip replacement surgery on June 13, 2024, under the skilled care of Dr. Ashwani Maichand at CK Birla Hospital, Delhi. 

I am deeply grateful for the support I have already received, which, along with a significant debt, allowed me to afford this crucial surgery.

However, my journey to recovery is not over yet. To regain my ability to walk and live a life free from constant pain, 

I still need to undergo three more surgeries: one major femoral osteotomy and two minor procedures. These must be performed as soon as I recover from the recent surgery to prevent further complications.

 Dr. Ashwani Maichand will be performing these surgeries as well at CK Birla Hospital, Delhi.

The total cost required for these surgeries is 8 lakhs. 

This includes

 - 3 lakhs for the femoral osteotomy

- 2 lakhs for the two minor surgeries

- 1 lakh for medicines and physiotherapy Additionally, 

I am already in debt of 3 lakhs due to the previous surgery which cost 4 lakhs
