My name is Krishna Kuya and I am here to raise funds for my father Jagdish Kuya who is 65 years old. Jagdish Kuya lives in Mumbai, Maharashtra with his spouse & children. Jagdish Kuya is suffering from Prostate Problems for more than a year.
He is receiving medication in Thane Hospital but not yet admitted. Until now, we've spent about Rs. 400000.
we've arranged amount from savings & loans. In the next 30 days, we need Rs.200,000.00 more for further treatment.
Jagdish has been running a small shop in Mumbai (Bhandup) and respectfully managed to earn his basic livelihood till last year. He had a business credit account in PMC bank, which was put under restrictions by RBI in Sept 2019. This put severe pressure on his cash flows and his income started declining. The operating costs (rent) of the shop resulted in losses and eventually loans.
In October 2019, he had to undergo prostate surgery and his health started declining further prompting him to close his shop and retire. However, the medical expenses and operating costs of the shop forced him to continue his work.
Corona lockdown came like a knock out punch in his life. His shop premises have been closed for 2 months and thus there is no income. At the same time, the rental expenditure is further fuelling his outstanding loan.
Currently, he doesn't have any property and lives on rent, which contravenes any possibility of getting mortgage loans. He is survived by his wife (60 years). His only requirement is to close the shop (by paying his outstanding loans) and then live peacefully with his minimalistic lifestyle.
