Support Bhavani Welfare Society – Empowering Specially Abled Children
Bhavani Welfare Society, Prayagraj, was founded in 2005 by Ms. Poonam Singh who herself has lived with a similar challenge. Having experienced the pain and struggles firsthand, she turned her personal journey into a mission: to support and uplift specially abled children, helping them grow with dignity and independence.
For the past 19 years, our NGO has been working tirelessly to educate and empower these children. Today, many of our students have completed their Class 10 and 12, while several are self-employed, running small shops and businesses with the support of their families. Every step they take is proof that they, too, can lead confident and fulfilling lives.
But there is still much to be done. Currently, we are struggling to sustain ourselves as we are unable to afford the rent of our present premises. We dream of finding a permanent place where we can build a proper school for these children—equipped with the necessary facilities, learning aids, and tools that will allow us to care for them more effectively.
This fundraiser aims to raise ₹5,00,000 to strengthen our institution, help us secure a sustainable space, and provide better resources and equipment. With your support, we can create a safe and nurturing environment where every child is treated with respect and love.
