I am on dialysis from age 22, currently aged 27 due to a genetic disease AHUS. My family has exhausted all savings for my survival fearing my loss after the loss of my sister aged 21 due to the same disease and renal failure in 2009. I had a kidney transplant in 2019 with my father as a donor but it didnt last more than a month due to the same genetic disease. Now i am having a hip avn due to the large doses of Immuno suppresants taken after the transplant and i cannot walk.The treatment requires hip replacement with the cost of 6000$ and i am also on dialysis. My kidney treatment requires a life long drug called eculizumab manufactored by alexion pharma which is an orphan drug costing around 3000$ for a vial or else i would have to undergo combined kidney and liver transplantation costing around 100000$ in India with less chances of survival. I have come to a stage where i cannot afford any of these above treatments. Please help me raise to live a normal life back again.
