As we stroll down the streets, we often encounter individuals in need of support. Some may seek food, while others, especially children, long for access to education. Certain dogs may gaze at you with hunger, the changing climate asks for action, and elderly individuals might require assistance as they navigate the streets. In our nation, despite its vibrant youth and nurturing environment, there exists a considerable lack of access to amenities, with many simply yearning for kindness.

The question arises: What can we do? Beyond the realm of stakeholders and changemakers, can I continue my studies in college and still contribute to change? Or should I focus on my job and family responsibilities while playing my part? Despite my bustling schedule, can I make a difference? How can we embark on this journey, and where should we begin?

Problems persist, but actions await! What if I tell you about a free event for citizens, where you can explore ways to instigate change, volunteer, and bring goodness into your life?

Here's a festival curated by volunteers, just to promote more volunteering across the city and so the nation. Humans of Volunteering is thrilled to invite you to join us in organizing VOLfest'24, an extraordinary volunteering festival where we celebrate Good Deeds Day. Volfest'24, festival is dedicated to honoring the spirit of volunteerism and community engagement. Volfest'24 isn't just a festival; it's a movement, an extraordinary festival that brings together individuals, organizations, and communities to celebrate the spirit of volunteering. From captivating storytelling sessions to immersive workshops and hands-on volunteering activities, Volfest'24 celebrates those whose dedication fuels positive change. Last year Volfest (April 2023) witnessed participation from 650+ people like you and me, 15+ organizations who are bring change and 15+ artists who performed pro bono creating unforgettable memories. 

How You Can Help:
We need your support to make VOLfest'24 a reality! This year too, the event is free and open to everyone and that's how we believe it should be - volunteering for all. The stalls provided to NGOs are also for free, only because volunteers running these organizations are some people who are bringing change and they definitely deserve to be heard and seen. We as organisers, only earn joy in curating this event! By contributing to our crowdfunding campaign, you'll directly fund essential aspects of the event, including venue rental, equipment, guest speakers, marketing materials, and more. Every rupee donated will create an unforgettable experience that celebrates the power of volunteerism and community spirit.
