OUR SOLUTION -

We understand that menstruation is an issue not just of accessibility but changing the social norm, so we focus on changing the mindset, breaking the silence taboo, making it a normal part of life.
Humanify Foundation is conducting 'Happiness Express' sessions nation-wide where we not only address girls/women regarding period talks but also with boys/men sitting together. Our aim is to make our future generation a more sensitive & sensible. We focus on 3 Ms & One 'P', where 3'Ms' stands for Motivation, Menstruation & Meditation, and one 'P' stands for patriotism . The taboo shame, inequality around this topic can be mitigated if we talk about it not just to women but men too We educate the women folk on health hygiene aspects and how to celebrate being a woman.

At Humanify, we believe that a heart to heart yet sensitive conversation regarding this topic can bring a major change in the mindsets of our future generations. Our Chairman Niraj Gera who is also a motivational speaker & social documentary photographer, has already powerfully raised his voice world-wide through an internationally appreciated photo-series  on menstruation 'Sacred Stains', which has been created by him. Currently, he is leading this pan India tour where he along with Team Humanify members are creating a much needed impact on the mindsets of the students, women, men & other segment of the society.

Not only private school/ colleges, our team is also conducting community sessions in Villages/Taluka for underprivileged people which are followed by free sanitary pad packet distribution along with refreshments.

Team Humanify is not only changing the mindsets of attendees but also inspiring them to become an instrument of transformation, and further change the mindsets of people around them.

Advocacy:
No effective change can be brought about unless there is law legislation supporting the change we advocate and work for policy change for free availability of pads and other facilities essential for women’s menstrual health.
