My name is Jharna Hazarika and I am here to raise funds for my relative Horeshwar basha who is 75 years old. Horeshwar basha lives in Nagaon, Assam with the spouse. He is currently retired.

Horeshwar basha is suffering from a stroke. He received medical treatment in Dispur Polyclinic and Nursing Home.
