Campaign Title: Project Health Tadepalligudem – Healing 2,000 Lives through Homoeopathy
The Mission
To commemorate World Homoeopathy Week 2026, ASR Homoeopathic Medical College, in partnership with the Umar Alisha Rural Development Trust, is launching an intensive medical outreach program. From April 1st to April 7th, 2026, our mission is to provide advanced diagnostic care, awareness, and long-term treatment to 2,000 underserved rural patients in the West Godavari district.
How We Will Achieve This: A Strategic Phased Approach
We are mobilizing our entire healthcare network to reach 2,000 patients through a disciplined, phased schedule. Our outreach will be conducted across 11 specialized locations:

• The ASRHMC College Hospital.
• 10 Peripheral OPDs.

Rather than a single mass event, we are conducting focused medical camps in a phased manner—rotating across different locations each day. This ensures our teams of faculty, interns, and students can provide high-quality, personalized attention to every patient while managing advanced diagnostic screenings efficiently.

The Problem: "The Silent Health Crisis"
In rural Andhra Pradesh, "silent" conditions like Osteoporosis, Thyroid disorders, Diabetes, Hypertension, and Vitamin deficiencies often go undetected. For a local farmer or daily-wage laborer, the cost of specialized blood tests can exceed an entire week’s earnings. Without early detection, these manageable conditions escalate into life-altering chronic disabilities.

The "Tangible Science" Solution
We are building a bridge to recovery through evidence-based screening and specialized clinical care:

• 300 Bone Mineral Density Tests: Specifically targeted at women above 40 years and high-risk patients to identify bone loss and prevent fractures.
• Comprehensive Screening: Intensive screening for Diabetes, Hypertension, and Thyroid disorders to provide immediate intervention.
• Mass Nutritional Support: Providing essential Vitamin D/Calcium and specialized Homoeopathic kits (Calc Phos 6x or Five Phos 6x) to improve systemic health and immunity.
• 100% Homoeopathic Treatment: Every participant receives a personalized consultation and Constitutional Homoeopathic Treatment.

Sustainability & Trust
This is not a temporary camp. Every patient screened will be enrolled for guaranteed follow-up care through our permanent network of 10 Peripheral OPDs and our main College Hospital. This initiative is part of a coordinated national movement reported to the National Commission for Homoeopathy, ensuring transparency and clinical excellence.

How Your Contribution Creates Change

We have the medical expertise, the diagnostic equipment, and the infrastructure ready. Through our institutional resources, we are providing Bone Mineral Density screenings completely free of cost. However, we need your support to provide the vital supplements and medicines required for long-term recovery.
Every rupee you donate goes directly into the hands of a patient in need:

• ₹500: Testing of HBA1C, Lipid profile , Thyroid profile to one patient 
• ₹2,500: Testing of HBA1C, Lipid profile , Thyroid profile to Five patients  
• ₹5,000: Supports Nutritional Immunity for a Village Cluster. This helps us provide essential biochemical supplements and immunity boosters to a large group of patients, preventing conditions like stunted growth and anemia within an entire neighborhood.
• ₹10,000: Sponsors a Full Day of Healing. This funds the entire supply of Homoeopathic medicines and diagnostic logistics for one of our Phased Medical Camps. A single donation at this level allows us to serve dozens of families in a remote village through our Peripheral OPD network in one day.
