80G tax benefits for INR donations

Greetings, I am Tara Hebbar, a 9th grade student from Ascend International School. I, along with a friend, have begun an initiative called Think 3% (https// which aims at providing critical thinking skills to underprivileged students. Critical thinking helps students develop skills of observation, analysis and problem solving.  We started working with the students of Hamara Footpath (NGO - HF Education and Support Foundation) ( during the lockdown period taking online classes for them.

I feel passionately about their cause and work and resonate with their mission of creating Equal Opportunities for these children by bridging the Education Gap. Thus striving to achieve the Vision of An Equal World.

Hence I am raising money for this NGO in order to help the students with receiving better quality education and resources. The money you donate will be used to enable a smooth transition between online and offline school and help better their education. The money going into avenues such as sponsoring the education of more children, support from special educators etc. These funds will also allow them access to better resources to prosper in their education.

I would really appreciate it if you could donate any amount of money in order to help these children. These donations are eligible for tax exemptions.

The funds collected here will be spent as mentioned below:

Rs. 50,000 - Tuition Support and Extra Curricular Activities
Rs. 50,000 - Shadow teacher, counsellor, special educator support.
Rs. 50,000 - Toy and Book Library

Hamara Footpath is a Non Profit Organisation that offers holistic education to the weak and underprivileged sections of society. They run programmes like teaching English, Maths, life skills, computers, toy and book library, mental health support, extra curricular activities, workshops and much more. Their programs are highly intensive and engaging.  Since they have multiple programs running a big qualitative curve is seen in the children's lives as so many aspects are being worked on simultaneously. The idea remains to make them educated, financially independent, and overall good human beings.

Hamara Footpath's (Muqaam) primary focus is to cater to children between ages
  • 2-9 years
  • 10- 17 years
  • Parents (ensuring fundamental shift)

Please come forward to support our cause. Any contribution will be of immense help. You can get a tax exemption certificate here as soon as you make your contribution.
