On 23rd July 2025 just two days after I began the Young India Fellowship at Ashoka University, both my parents were in a serious car accident on the Purvanchal Highway. They were rushed to Galaxy Hospital, Banaras, for emergency surgeries.
My mother, who suffered chest injuries, is now stable and discharged. My father Hemant Kumar Ishwar , however, sustained a severe brain injury and underwent a craniectomy. Since then, he has faced grave complications including meningitis, encephalitis, recurrent seizures, and a drug-resistant infection. He remains in critical condition and requires 6–12 months of ICU + home care, monitoring, and costly medication.
The treatment expenses have become overwhelming, and we urgently need to raise ₹10,00,000. I humbly request your support, any contribution, big or small, will help us continue his care.
