Who is this fundraiser for?
This fundraiser is for adolescent girls (ages 10–19) and Youth Women living in rural areas of Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh. Many of these girls suffer from anemia due to poor nutrition and lack of access to fresh vegetables.
Why do we need funds? We aim to empower these girls through Poshan Watikas (Nutrition Gardens). By establishing gardens at 100 homes and schools, we will provide regular access to leafy vegetables like spinach, bottle gourd, tomato, and radish—helping improve their nutrition and reduce anemia.
