My brother Havula Upandar aged about 32 years was admitted in the Asian Institue of Nephrology and Neurology hospital with high blood pressure later he was diagnosed with both kidney failure. Doctors have suggested immediate kidney transplantation or life long dialysis. My aunt is a poor single mother whose salary is just 4000 per month. They don't have own property too. They don't have enough money to eat food. She cannot afford the treatment of her son which is costing her nearly Rs 500000 for life long dialysis and hospital charges. Already the patient as been shifted from private hospital to government hospital since they have been left with no money.  So I request you to help as much as u can to help my brother from this problem. Each and every penny counts.
