I am Dhiraj I stay in Gujarat We work in an area where the economy is majorly driven by agricultural activities.

Children are engaged in labor activities during the season of crop cutting. Hence, their education is disturbed, leading to children dropping out of school. Also, because of their not being regular at school, their level of learning is not at par. This further leads to children dropping out of schools, as they begin to feel unworthy, or simply not 'good enough'.

We shall be engaging in labor training, awareness building amongst farmers about child labor and law, campaigning in schools, and the implementation of child labor policy.
The project has led to a decline in the number of dropouts.
