We have been following the spread of COVID-19 pandemic that has been quickly gaining ground within our community. We understand that it will take a collective effort to beat the virus, and while we have all employed precautionary measures, we need to come together and offer support to those at the frontlines. It has come to our attention that an urgent need for Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and other supplies are required to protect those who are treating patients affected by the virus. Many of these supplies can be 3D printed and we want to help.
Identifying what the current need is and what designs have been approved has been based on guidance from doctors and the government. Additive manufacturing allows us to manufacture parts in record spans of time, and we’re leveraging this speed to create face shields (based on the current demand) along with a few collaborators.We already provided 1000+ face shields in surat region, we distributed in hospitals, charity clubs, SMC(surat municipal corporation) and many more places

Face shields are essential Personal Protective Equipment for use by medical staff and other individuals who are exposed to high risk of airborne/particulate viral infections. These shields provide complete coverage of face, ears, and neck and are extremely ergonomic and comfortable for long hours of use.
Identifying what the current need is and what designs have been approved has been based on guidance from doctors and the government. Additive manufacturing allows us to manufacture parts in record spans of time, and we’re leveraging this speed to create face shields (based on the current demand) along with a few collaborators.
