Green Footprint is an NGO engaged in providing sustainable solutions to ensure a cleaner, greener environment through a well-nourished ecosystem.

The Mission of Green Footprint is to promote sustainable living through sustainable habits, practices, systems, processes and products. This will be achieved by empowering people and children, the future citizens, with information, knowledge, material and set systems to support them and enable them to embrace sustainable living. We will partner with the right organizations which enable us to achieve this mission.

At Green Footprint, we empower people through “Train the trainer” sessions in schools and ensure ownership by the school on the various modules (Hygiene, Value Food, Nutrition, Segregation). Green Footprint has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Block Education Officer (BEO) of South Zone-4, in Bangalore in 2018. This zone has 218 schools, Segregation module was implemented in 3 schools in the region.
We are gearing up and preparing content for the rest of the modules and will be ready by the time the schools reopen. We will partner with The Akshaya Patra Foundation to ensure fast and maximum reach of our work.

Your contributions will help us make this endeavor a reality. The money will be utilized for printing training material, setting up hygiene areas in schools, providing sanitation and hygiene products for girl students, composter for composting food waste and other environment related activities.
