Constrictive Pericarditis where the pericardium or the layer protecting the heart thickens. This condition can cause a swollen abdomen and can, difficulty in breathing, fatigue and general weakness. The symptoms become severe over a longer duration. Both, the internal and external walls of Gopi’s heart are thick.
