Help My 24-Year-Old Brother Fight for His Life

My name is Abhay Yadav, 19, and I’m here to raise urgent support for my cousin brother, Gopal Yadav, 24, who met with a tragic road accident last month while we were on our way to sell cucumbers at raigarh

I was sitting at the back and escaped with minor injuries, but Gopal, who was driving, suffered life-threatening internal injuries, including severe stomach trauma and badly damaged intestines. It’s been a devastating month for our family.

We now have a chance to shift him to AIIMS for better treatment under the Ayushman Bharat health scheme. However, the hospital where he was first admitted is refusing to release him until we clear the pending dues—this hospital was chosen in an emergency, not by choice.

We come from a joint farming family. I’m currently pursuing B.Tech, and my brother works in IT support. Even our tractor was damaged in the accident, and with an annual family income of barely ₹5 lakh, we simply cannot afford the full cost of continued treatment—which may take another 4 months.
