I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to share the story of Ms. Gogu Harshitha Meghana Reddy, an Infosys employee from the Pocharam, Hyderabad campus, who met with a tragic road accident on April 17th, 2025, while commuting to work.

Since that unfortunate day, her life has changed completely. She suffered severe head injuries and has been in a coma for several months. She is now in a minimally conscious state, bedridden and dependent on constant medical care, physiotherapy, and specialized nursing support.

Her treatment and rehabilitation expenses have been mounting to nearly ₹2,00,000 per month, including hospital charges, medications, and 24x7 nursing care. Her parents, who come from a humble background, have already exhausted all their savings and are struggling to continue her treatment. Despite all odds, they are fighting every single day to give their daughter a chance to recover.

We are creating this fundraiser to support her ongoing medical treatment and care. Every contribution, no matter how small, will help relieve the financial stress on her family and keep her treatment going.
