Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world – APJ Abdul Kalam
"Abdul Kalam Ride” is a fund-raising programme to support 300 underprivileged rural and tribal children for their complete education and food who reside in a Hostel run by Global AID - Ability in Disability and Adopt Child Online supported by Triders India.
Global AID - Ability in Disability est.2008(www.globalaid.in), is a Non-Govt-Organization which provides support for the underprivileged rural and tribal children along with differently-abled, in a unique way by identifying and providing them with much-needed support including the basic needs, primarily their education.The organization is run by Sai Padma who is undoubtedly a great leader and service-oriented woman, who helps many kids in all possible ways.
Adopt Child Online (http://www.acoindia.org/) - We are a team which believes in everybody's right to education and also feels that it is the responsibility of every individual to help others get educated and make our world a better place to live. We believe in the transformation and to transform the world into a harmonious and enriching place to live in. It is very important to do good without second thoughts and become the reason for happiness for at least one child.
Triders India is a group of fitness enthusiasts which believes – health comes only with proper exercise and diet. Fortunately, we are a team which believes in everybody's right to education and we strongly feel that it is the responsibility of every individual to see that all people around us are educated. Triders India, in collaboration with Global AID and ACO INDIA, does "Fitness for a cause" fund-raising events to support the children strictly in need for their educational benefit and make sure they sleep with their stomachs full every night.
Since 2008, Global AID has been able to educate 1714 children of remote tribal and rural areas of Visakhapatnam and Vijayanagaram districts of Andhra Pradesh. The program is titled as ‘Hub and Spoke’ model of education by following ‘Activity Based Learning’. Global AID starts schools where there are school going aged children but there is no school within their habitation or nearby. Teacher is also chosen from the same habitation who will be trained before appointing. Few of the children have even completed graduation and are in the process of getting jobs. This is a great sign of transformation.
Global AID is operational in remote tribal and rural areas of Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram districts of Andhra Pradesh. Its focus is on ‘Child Centric Community based Empowerment’. It operates through its flagship program entitled HEALSS (Health, Education to Employment, Agriculture, Livelihoods, Sports and Solar Energy).

Triders India, We as a TEAM – got deeply connected to the organization’s approach and we are deeply committed to raising funds by cycling from Hyderabad to Rameswaram (1174KM) #AbdulKalamRide #FitnessForACause on 8th Feb 2020 By doing so, we plan to help the Global AID and Adopt Child online supported kids and Students. Please support the students for their complete education and food for the upcoming year. Our aim is to raise Rs.11,74,500/- which will help the 300 kids and students for the upcoming year to serve them with complete education and food.
