There are lakhs of rural females in Gonda District of Uttar Pradesh for whom getting into Higher Education or building a Career of their own choice is just a Dream!

We, at The Youth Ink, are dedicated to study the existing challenges faced by rural females in their Educational and Career journey. We are committed to formulate and implement developmental plans to solve the existing challenges being faced by rural females.

These Plans include starting a Mentorship Program, Career Counselling Platforms, Women Developmental Cells at educational institutes and Workshops on Legal and Policy Awareness.

Currently, our Research Team is out on ground exploring and studying the ground realities. So far, under our Study Project, "Exploring the Challenges faced by Rural Girls in their Educational and Career Journey", we have conducted desk research, prepared survey questionnaires and now ready for Surveys and data collection. Our aim is to prepare a Study Report which presents the nature and details of challenges being faced by rural girls. On the basis of our research findings, we will be implementing our above mentioned developmental plans in Gonda.
