My name is Saurabh, and I am the elder brother of Gaurav Waghmare, the youngest member of our family.
For the last two years, Gaurav has been struggling with constant stomach pain and kidney-related issues. We tried everything within our reach, but in April 2025, things took a sudden turn, he fell unconscious. After being admitted to Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital in Pune, doctors confirmed our worst fears: Gaurav is suffering from kidney failure.
He was immediately started on dialysis and ongoing treatment. Gaurav has now been discharged, but only temporarily. The doctors have made it clear, a kidney transplant is urgently needed to save his life.
We are thankful that some donors are ready to step forward. However, the total cost of the transplant, regular dialysis sessions, and lifelong medicines is ₹8 lakh, an amount our family simply cannot afford.
We live in a small village in rural Maharashtra, with no stable income and very limited resources. Despite all efforts, arranging this amount within 30 days is impossible without your help.
