My brother Gandu Behera age-23 got a serious brain injury from a train accident on date 17-08-2021. He is now admitted at INS HOSPITAL SURAT. He is in critical condition. We spent our all money on his treatment. As per the doctor, we need around 12 to 15 lakhs for his brain operation. I am helpless to collect this heavy amount.
