Balaraju is a farmer from my village. He is really poor and they struggle to meet their ends. He is admitted in the hospital in critical conditions. His family is unable to pay the medical bills. They are reaching to various people via phone calls, in the process I got a phone call too. So to extend reach to further people, I am starting this campaign. Please help.
